We are looking for a Project Manager to successfully manage the set up virtual production stages across global sites. In this role you will have a broad view of entire projects, ensuring all elements are planned and delivered on time and to budget.Responsibilities
  • Lead project team communication, ensuring information is passed on clearly and effectively, tasks are prioritized, and resources allocated appropriately.
  • Schedule and facilitate meetings with well-defined agendas to drive project progress.
  • Implement and oversee the adoption of a delivery methodology to ensure efficiency and consistency.
  • Assign resources and manage resource allocation, adapting as necessary to meet project needs.
  • Plan and coordinate teams to lead the delivery of project and technology-related activities.
  • Establish workflows, processes, and project management structures for efficient review and analysis.
  • Track and report key performance indicators to management, highlighting risks, issues, and opportunities.
Requirements
  • Professional experience in project management, and experience working on audio-visual projects, liaising with technical teams.
  • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks, deadlines, resources effectively, and able to prioritize tasks, create schedules and keep track of various project elements.
  • Detail oriented, to ensure all project requirements are met and nothing falls through the cracks, thorough and able to spot potential errors or inconsistencies.
  • Excellent communication skills, to effectively liaise with stakeholders and clients, conveying information clearly, listen actively and resolve conflicts diplomatically.
  • Problem solving skills to identify issues, analyze causes and develop effective solutions. Resourceful, adaptable and able to think critically under pressure.
