This is a fantastic opportunity to make a real impact on the lives of children with Special Educational Needs (SEN) in a nurturing & inclusive educational environment.The RoleWe are looking for a compassionate, proactive, & experienced SEN Teaching Assistant to support pupils with a range of learning difficulties, social & emotional needs, or behavioural challenges. The role involves working 1:1 or with small groups & may include personal care duties.This is a full-time role, & applicants must drive & have relevant SEN experience within UK schools.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide tailored support to students with a variety of SEN (including ASD, ADHD, SEMH, & communication difficulties)Support teachers with planning & delivering inclusive learning activitiesPromote positive behaviour & implement behaviour management strategiesBuild strong, trusting relationships with students to help them reach their full potentialContribute to EHCP reviews & work closely with SENCOs, parents/carers, & external professionalsMaintain accurate records of pupil progress & wellbeingMinimum RequirementsTo be considered for this role, candidates must meet the following criteria:Experience: Minimum 1 year of SEN support experience within a UK school settingDriving L
