- Salary: Competitive, dependent on experience
- Contract Type: Full-Time, Temp to Perm
- Support teachers in delivering lessons and helping students engage with the curriculum
- Work one-to-one or in small groups to assist students who need extra support
- Help maintain a safe, structured, and positive classroom environment
- Monitor student progress and contribute to classroom activities
- Collaborate with teachers and school staff to support student learning and wellbeing
- Experience working with secondary school-aged children
- Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for supporting students’ learning
- Good communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships with pupils and staff
- Flexibility and adaptability to meet the needs of different classroom environments
- An Enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to apply)
