- Venue: 68 seats + terrace | Open kitchen | Private dining (15–20 covers)
- Service: Lunch & dinner only | Last orders 10:30pm
- Role:
- Lead kitchen launch for Michelin-starred chef’s new concept
- Full creative input from development to opening
- Shape menu, kitchen operations, and team culture
- Requirements:
- Strong premium Cantonese or high-end Chinese cuisine background
- Proven leadership in fast-paced, top-tier kitchens
- Experience in fine dining, luxury hotels, or private members clubs preferred
- Ability to train, inspire, and manage a team of 8
- Creative, curious, and passionate about modern Chinese food
