This role offers an opportunity for a skilled professional to contribute meaningfully to ensure a smooth operational process, maintain regulatory compliance, and support strategic decision-making across pension governance activities.Position OverviewThis pivotal role at a glance:
  • Day-to-day pensions management
  • Governance oversight
  • Trustee secretariat support for both in-house teams and trustee boards
Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with Lead Consultants to deliver pension management outsourcing services, ensuring timely completion of agreed tasks
  • Maintain occupational pension scheme compliance with regulatory standards and best practices
  • Meeting preparation and coordination, minute taking and action log management
  • Preparing recommendations for discretionary death cases, handling transfer referrals, and managing complaint resolution processes
Requirements
  • Proven expertise across DB, DC, and hybrid pension arrangements
  • In-depth knowledge of pension governance, notably secretariat support
  • Skill in identifying and developing client opportunities
