Overview:Location: Lookers Colchester Land Rover
Contract: Full-Time, Permanent
Salary: Up to £47,600 OTE (£34K–£39K basic + £6.6K bonus uncapped, plus £2K EV bonus and extra bonus for overachieving)
Hours: rota basis between Monday–Friday 8:30am–5:30pm, plus 1 in 4 Saturdays 08.00am to 12.00pmJoin the Workshop at Lookers Colchester Land RoverWe’re on the lookout for skilled Mechanics and Vehicle Technicians to join our busy Colchester Land Rover workshop. Whether you're an experienced Service Tech, MOT Tester, Diagnostic Tech, or Master Technician, we’d love to hear from you. Our technicians play a vital role within our Service team by delivering first class customer service every time. We want you to be part of our success.You’ll be working with a friendly, professional team carrying out:
  • Vehicle service in accordance with manufacturers guidelines and customer requests
  • Any additional repairs once authorised by the customer
  • Warranty repairs are per the manufacturer’s guidelines and relevant write up is complete
  • Pre-delivery inspections (PDIs)
  • Taking the customers vehicle out on a road test to ensure all faults are rectified
  • Complete all relevant paperwork to a high standard
Full training and support are provided, including EV & Hybrid training and manufacturer-accredited courses to keep your skills sharp and future-ready.What We’re Looking For:
  • Level 3 NVQ or equivalent in Light Vehicle Maintenance
  • Full UK driving licence
  • Dealership or independent garage experience
  • MOT and diagnostic experience is a bonus – not essential
