Following many years of strong growth and exceeding branch growth targets has led to the need to further strengthen the businessAn opportunity has arisen for a Commercial Account Executiveto join the business and inherit a book of existing clientsand also have the drive to seek out those new business opportunities.THE ROLE
  • To provide first class service to clients and prospects and deliver solutions focussed advice to develop your book of business
  • Work within a strong and well establishedteam of insurance professionals to provide help and support to each other
  • To work in partnership with customers to fully understand their business and their specific insurance needsto deliver exceptional and innovative insurance programmes
  • To work within the region to raise the profile of this broker and help make them the go to insurance broker in the area
THE CANDIDATE
  • An Account Executive who is ambitious and wants to progress in their career within a dynamic and forward thinkingcompany
  • Excellentcross class knowledge of Commercial Lines of business
  • Be able to generate leads and follow these up to build a strong pipeline of potential commercial clientsto convert
  • ExceptionalStakeholder management skillsand an ability to operate on a multi levelbasis
  • Ability to work on own initiative or part of a cooperative and supportive team environment
