The Role – Graduate SEN Teaching AssistantAs a Graduate SEN Teaching Assistant, you will:
  • Support pupils 1:1 and in small groups to achieve their learning and EHCP goals
  • Help pupils develop strategies for communication, self-regulation, and positive behaviour
  • Work alongside teachers and specialists to adapt learning activities to individual needs
  • Encourage confidence, resilience, and independence in every pupil
