- Motivated to build a career within education, therapy, SEN, or child psychology
- Support pupils 1:1 and in small groups to achieve their learning and EHCP goals
- Help pupils develop strategies for communication, self-regulation, and positive behaviour
- Work alongside teachers and specialists to adapt learning activities to individual needs
- Encourage confidence, resilience, and independence in every pupil
