Oversee fast-paced, collaborative fit sessions with buying & design teams ensuring all products meet desired standards
Review and approve samples at all stages, with an action and solution focused attitude
Manage the sealing process ensuring samples are processed on time
Resolve garment construction, quality issues and potential risks
Liaise with designers, buys, and suppliers to offer technical guidance on product development and garment construction
Advise on fabrication for specific size specifications at the design and sign off stages prior to sampling
Provide expert guidance on pattern adjustments to improve fit and reduce sample quantities
Build and maintain strong supplier relationships
Focus on reducing returns rate and educating design in fits on returns
Ensure AQLs are checked and approved
Manage the range plan – for GT section of fit status and approval statuses

Requirements

Minimum of 5 years of experience in a womenswear function, with a strong focus on multi-product
Ability to fit accurately and at speed
In-depth knowledge of fabric bases and their performance on the body
Able to build to block diaries
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Confident in your abilities, able to voice opinions and ideas professionally
Highly positive, organised, agile and able to prioritise workload in a fast paced environment
Passionate about the product, brand and customer
