- Be the first point of contact for supporters, providing excellent care and guidance to ensure they feel valued and motivated.
- Manage relationships remotely with key supporters, including community volunteers, individual fundraisers and corporate contacts.
- Develop and deliver stewardship plans that inspire and maximise engagement and fundraising outcomes.
- Contribute to income forecasting and pipeline management across the department.
- Create engaging, accurate and inspiring communications to supporters.
- Support the delivery of fundraising resources and operational processes that enable fundraising success.
- Provide communications and administrative support for major projects and campaigns, including Christmas Jumper Day and emergency appeals.
- Lead on income processing and data analysis, helping to improve systems and processes.
- Proven experience of delivering excellent customer or supporter care.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, able to engage a wide range of audiences.
- Experience of using CRM databases (ideally Salesforce).
- A good understanding of fundraising rules and regulations.
- Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
- Excellent organisational and project management skills, with a keen eye for detail.
- A collaborative approach and ability to build effective relationships with colleagues, supporters and suppliers.
- Commitment to Save the Children's vision, mission and values is essential.
- a satisfactory police record check to include a Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check and/or an International Criminal Record Check (If applicable)
