This role is a permanent position and is for an individual with childcare background, possessing a level 2 or 3 childcare qualification. Requirements:
  • Previous experience in Early Years (References required)
  • An Enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to obtain one)
  • Eligibility to work in the UK (No sponsorship provided)
  • A childcare qualification at level 2 or 3
Responsibilities:
  • Take charge of key children, regularly monitoring and tracking their progress
  • Facilitate engaging and interactive activities
  • Maintain effective communication with parents and caregivers regarding students' progress
  • Participate in internal meetings, parents' evenings, and staff training events
