
Care Professional

- Offer companionship and meaningful social interaction to clients
- Assist with everyday tasks such as meal preparation and light housework
- Accompany clients to appointments or on shopping trips
- Provide personal care, including support with bathing, showering, and dressing
- Ensure clients maintain their dignity and independence
- Collaborate with other care team members to deliver consistent, high-quality care
- Maintain accurate records of care provided and report any concerns to the care manager
- Adapt to clients' changing needs and preferences
- Participate in ongoing training and development programmes
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations and company policies
- No prior experience required - full training will be provided
- Genuine passion for helping others and making a positive difference in people's lives
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Empathetic and patient nature
- Physical stamina to assist clients with mobility and personal care tasks
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Basic literacy and numeracy skills for maintaining accurate care records
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends
- Clean driving licence preferred (but not essential)
- Willingness to undergo a Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check
