We are seeking an experienced Senior Export/Import Operations Consultant with proven skills across Export, Import, and Customs operations. Comprehensive training and certification will be provided to ensure you're fully equipped to handle complex and specialist shipments.Key Responsibilities✅ Handle incoming calls and customer enquiries
✅ Prepare accurate job quotations
✅ Process operational Export and Import shipments
✅ Liaise with carriers, contractors, and internal teams
✅ Cost jobs and prepare invoices
✅ Occasionally assist with warehouse duties when needed
✅ Manage your own desk efficiently and maintain accurate recordsRequirementsExperience in Export, Import, and Customs operations (essential)Prior experience with Dangerous Goods and/or Restricted Goods (essential)Strong organisational and communication skillsAbility to work independently and collaborativelyIT literateWorking Hours🕘 Monday - Friday, 09:00 - 18:00 (1-hour lunch)Salary & Benefits💷 Salary: £30,000 - £35,000 (DOE)
