We are looking for an experienced Baler & Compactor Engineer to join a growing team covering the Midlands. This is a full-time, permanent position offering excellent pay, benefits, and a supportive team environment.

- Carry out service, installation, maintenance, and repair of waste balers and compactors
- Diagnose and resolve mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic faults quickly and efficiently
- Perform on-site repairs
- Ensure all work complies with health and safety standards and company policies
- Full UK driving licence (required)
- Experience working with balers, compactors, or industrial waste equipment (essential)
- Strong problem-solving and diagnostic skills
- Ability to work independently and manage your own workload
- Company van + fuel card
- Paid travel time
- Overtime paid at 1.5x hourly rate
- No weekend work – Monday to Friday day shifts
