Permanent Role with SecuritasMUST HAVE MIN 1 YEAR CONTROL ROOM EXPERIENCEAs a CCTV Controller you will be the central point of security operations — monitoring surveillance systems, identifying and escalating incidents, and ensuring safety protocols are followed at all times. From real-time decision-making to using advanced technology, this role is all about staying alert, calm under pressure, and responsiveWhat You’ll Be Doing:Monitoring CCTV, Access Control, Alarm & Detection SystemsReporting equipment faults and security incidents accurately and promptlyOverseeing security personnel performance and appearanceEnsuring compliance with company and client protocolsSupporting management with continuous improvement and best practicesParticipating in tech trials and promoting user adoptionQualificationsWhat You’ll Bring:
  • CCTV Licence and front line licence SG/DS
  • minimum 12 months experience in control room environment
  • IT skills the use of Office 365 i.e Excel. word
A background in security, contact centre work, or customer-facing rolesTech-savviness and a genuine interest in learning new systemsClear communication skills – written and verbalA professional, approachable attitude with strong attention to detailA proactive mindset with a commitment to excellent service⭐ Bonus Skills (Preferred, Not Essential):Valid SIA CCTV LicencePrevious experience in a control room environmentFamiliarity with security systems and site layoutsConfidence using software and digital reporting tool * experience using Pelco system and milestone CCTV software.
