- Aid in Identifying the scope of the work to help qualify and close deals from a technical requirements perspective for the Sales team and development partners/agencies
- Engage with enterprise clients through requirements discovery and strategic consulting sessions to capture functional and technical requirements and determine the critical client use cases and key value drivers
- Create customized product demos and proof of concepts for use during on-site or virtual client demonstrations
- Capture functional and technical requirements for complex technical integrations between SkyHive and client systems and submit those requirements to the Integrations team.
- Become an expert on SkyHive's application ecosystem and API or flat file-based integrations
- Ensure that you fully understand the scope and customizations of the project to effectively pass on that knowledge to the Project Manager and set the delivery team up for success
- Align with the Product Team and Technology team on future roadmap and share feedback on released features and client trends
- Mentor and coach the sales team on technical aspects of SkyHive
- 7+ years of solutions engineering in a customer-facing capacity
- 3+ years of technical integration experience
- Prior experience in pre-sales solutions engineering or consulting
- Experience working on scoping and defining complex integrations
- Solid understanding of Cloud-based technologies and SaaS fundamentals
- Strong API knowledge (REST) for enterprise integrations
- A powerful client presence with confidence in handling executive-level conversations
- Great troubleshooting, data, and analytical skills combined with the desire to tackle challenges head-on
- Additional language skills (French, German or Italian preferred)
