What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities):
  • Conducting market appraisals and winning new instructions
  • Converting valuations into listings
  • Driving residential property sales from instruction to completion
  • Building strong relationships with clients
  • Spotting new business opportunities in the local market
  • Maintaining high standards of service and professionalism
What We're Looking For (Skills & Experience):
  • Previous experience in residential estate agency sales (essential)
  • Proven success in valuations and winning instructions
  • Strong sales and negotiation skills
  • Excellent customer service and communication abilities
  • Confident, charismatic, and well-presented
  • Knowledge of Aylesbury and surrounding areas (preferred)
  • Full UK driving licence (essential)
