IT Enterprise Information ArchitectEmployment Type: Full-timeSalary Range: Highly competitive salary at industry & market rates + benefitsLocation: London, United KingdomAbout The Role:As a Senior Information Architect, you will play a pivotal role in deciphering data and analytics requirements to drive informed decision-making across all functions.What You Will Do:
  • Collaborate with business unit leaders to shape the organization's information strategy, fostering value creation through effective utilization of internal data assets and external data ecosystems.
  • Evaluate the benefits and risks associated with information, utilizing tools like business capability models to establish an information-centric perspective.
  • Develop future-state views of the information landscape, leveraging tools such as business information models to ensure agility and adaptability.
  • Assist in establishing robust information governance processes and structures in collaboration with data and analytics leaders, business, and IT leadership.
  • Create and manage various forms of business information models, including conceptual models, relational database designs, and message models.
  • Contribute to the definition of data classifications and zoning to facilitate proactive management of information assets.
  • Utilize architecture as a strategic lens to align data and analytic initiatives with enterprise strategies and business outcomes.
  • Analyze data and analytics security requirements, collaborating with the Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) to safeguard enterprise data assets.
  • Support efforts to enhance business performance through enterprise information solutions such as master data management (MDM), metadata management, analytics, and data integration.
Who You Are:
  • Extensive IT experience with a strong background in information system design.
  • Proven track record in designing and implementing information solutions.
  • Business savvy with excellent communication skills to engage executives, business stakeholders, and technical teams.
  • Expertise in data modeling and enterprise-level information classification.
  • Familiarity with common information architecture frameworks, metamodels, taxonomies, and ontologies.
  • Knowledge of data science concepts, MDM, business intelligence, and data warehouse design and implementation.
  • Experience with distributed management and analytics in cloud and hybrid environments, along with an understanding of various data access and analytic approaches.
