A global investment firm seeks a bright, focused and ambitious immediately available Team Assistant that is keen to work to enhance their secretarial support in a dynamic. You will have experience in managing busy schedules, prioritising appointments and travel management. To be considered for this role, you must have the below requirements and must have carried out the below responsibilities. Duties include, but not limited too: - Extensive calendar management - Coordinating and scheduling meetings and calls - Organising travel arrangements, international and domestic flights, accommodation - Providing support for colleagues when needed - Expense and additional ad-hoc tasksRequirements: - You must have 6 months to a year of experience as a Team Assistant - this is a requirement for this role - Has worked in the investment sector either as a receptionist/administration or a team assistant - Excellent written and verbal communication - Attention to detail - Ability to use your initiative and be one step ahead - Ability to multitask and prioritise a heavy workloadTo be considered for this role you should have experience of as an Assistant within a corporate business, ideally the investment sector or private equity.
