  • Deliver high-quality, personalised teaching to pupils with a range of complex SEND
  • Use assessment and EHCP targets to plan and track meaningful progress
  • Lead a class team, deploying teaching assistants effectively
  • Collaborate with internal and external professionals to support integrated therapy and development programmes
  • Communicate regularly with parents and carers, celebrating achievements and addressing needs
Qualifications & Skills:
  • QTS and experience teaching children with SEND, ideally in a special school setting
  • Knowledge of the National Curriculum, adapted for pupils with diverse learning needs
  • A commitment to inclusive practice and the belief that all children can achieve
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to inspire, support, and lead others
  • Strong ICT skills and a creative, flexible approach to teaching
