They are looking to add to their already thriving English Department and you will be joining a successful department within the team. English is a great subject within the school and they are significantly above the national average for results. This school provides great facilities for teaches to educate pupils.This role can typical involve:

Be flexible and able to implement the English curriculum as a English Teacher.
Keeping pupils on task to complete their work.
Implement the Curriculum in line with the department
Be engaging with lessons and provide an environment for pupils to thrive.
Implement new ideas to the faculty
Be a form tutor

The ideal candidate will have the following attributes:

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
Energy and enthusiasm for the role
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to motivate and enthuse young people
