- Lead the execution and delivery of customized market research projects for ciletns in the Industrials, Non-Investment Technology, Payments, and Retail sectors
- Ensure commercial success through client interactions and project delivery excellence.
- Train and mentor early-career research professionals.
- Collaborate with clients and internal teams to enhance awareness of GLG's in-depth market research capabilities.
- Develop and implement best practices for project execution.
- Monitor and manage the health of key client accounts.
- Bachelor's degree or higher.
- 4-6 years of market research experience, particularly in online surveys including proficiency with online survey platforms (e.g., Decipher, Qualtrics).
- Experience in a client-facing role.
- Market research experience in industrials, chemicals, minerals, CPG, or retail.
- Ability to analyze results and communicate quantitative methodologies.
- Familiarity with statistical analysis, survey design, and quantitative research methodologies .
- Experience leading teams and mentoring junior members.
- Proven track record in a high-throughput, deadline-driven, client-servicing environment.
- Strong understanding of GLG's clients and sectors
