- Over 15 years of experience of delivering community outpatient services
- Contracts with ICBs and hospital providers
- A diverse clinical workforce of consultants, GPs with extended roles, specialist nurses and allied health professionals
- Delivery of over 120,000 patient consultations per year
- Delivery of 1st consultations within a maximum of 4 weeks from referral from a choice of community locations, 7 days per week

- Specialist diploma within specialty area
- Experience of working within community/secondary care
- A strong understanding and experience of out of hospital care/community specialist services
- Experience of working between primary and secondary care settings
- Risk management awareness and able to assess clinical risk
- Able to work effectively in a team, supporting others and challenging colleagues views and attitudes when necessary
- Able assess a situation, set priorities and problem solve quickly and effectively
- Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills
- Strong IT skills and experience of using clinical systems such as SYSTMONE
- Able to work unsupervised
- Problem solving skills and ability to respond to sudden unexpected demands
- Attention to detail
- Strong IT skills
- Ability to be flexible with working hours to meet the needs of the service
- Full driving licence and the ability to travel between service locations.
- Ability to work on own initiative and organise own workload with minimal supervision working to tight and often changing timescales
