  • Manage a caseload of students, focusing on their health and well-being.
  • Develop and implement individualised healthcare plans.
  • Collaborate with a trans-disciplinary team to deliver evidence-based care.
  • Maintain accurate health records and communicate with parents and guardians.
  • Serve as the primary contact for external stakeholders regarding student health.
