Hours: Monday to Friday 8am-5:30pmThe Role
An excellent opportunity has arisen for a proactive, full-time Showroom Representative. This role would ideally suit someone with experience in landscaping, garden care, or lawn maintenance. Flexibility is required, including working Saturday mornings.
Key Responsibilities
- Assisting customers with enquiries on garden machinery, equipment, and accessories
- Promoting and cross-selling garden products, fertilisers, and maintenance solutions
- Supporting e-commerce packing and distribution operations
- Assisting with deliveries, loading, and unloading
- Ensuring excellent customer experience throughout the sales process and feedback journey
- Participating in the Saturday rota
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong knowledge of garden care, fertilisers, and lawn health
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Experience with leading machinery brands (e.g., Stihl, John Deere, or similar)
