We’re looking for a Project Coordinator to join our Peterborough office. This role is perfect for someone ambitious, organised, and ready to grow with us. You’ll play a key role in supporting our Operations teams, ensuring projects run smoothly and efficiently while working with a variety of stakeholders across the business.What You’ll DoSupport project delivery by managing action logs, project files, and documentationLiaise with groundworkers and onsite teams regarding timesheets, job packs, and queriesUpdate internal systems, validate civils works, and support payroll and process administrationCollaborate with project and commercial teams to ensure workflows are efficient and compliantPrepare and issue project start-up and close-out packsEnsure health, safety, and compliance standards are always metWhat We’re Looking ForStrong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and meet deadlinesConfident using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, etc.)A proactive, can-do attitude with excellent communication skillsAbility to engage professionally with colleagues and stakeholders at all levelsPrevious admin, project support, or coordination experience (desirable but not essential)Why Join OCU?Career Progression – We’re a fast-growing business with big plans.
