- Develop and Execute a UK retail sales strategy
- Develop and implement plans to increase market share, reach new customers, channels and consumers
- Optimise product and price to drive distribution, sales, and profit.
- Ensure UK retail commercial strategy aligns with total business strategy.
- Lead the Commercial Team, providing leadership, training, and mentorship
- Experience managing UK retailers within FMCG at either Senior NAM, Sales Controller or Head of Sales Level.
- History of developing and delivering growth strategies.
- Driving and meeting P&L targets.
- Effective forecasting and accuracy.
- Business development.
- Leading and developing high performing sales teams.
- Effective and honed negotiation skills.
- Effective communication and presentation skills at a senior Level
