
ARC Support Worker

- Contribute to tailored care packages including respite, outreach, family support and therapeutic interventions.
- Support young people and families to build resilience, problem-solving capacity, and confidence in managing difficulties.
- Promote safeguarding and ensure all practice complies with statutory requirements and organisational policies.
- Deliver structured, evidence-based interventions to young people and families to reduce risks, strengthen relationships, and prevent family breakdown.
- Relevant vocational qualification (e.g., NVQ/QCF Level 2 or 3 in Health & Social Care, Support Work, or equivalent).
- Experience of working with adolescents and families, particularly those presenting with challenging behaviour.
- Understanding of child development, safeguarding, and the issues impacting young people and families at risk of care.
- Full driving licence and access to a car.
- You should be available to work immediately or at a short notice.
- You should have right to work in U.K
- This role requires an Enhanced DBS
