We are offering an exciting opportunity to work as a full-time ELSA within our successful and welcoming school. As an ELSA you will have a key role within our student support teams with responsibility for managing our ELSA hub, facilitating 1 to 1 and group intervention sessions as well as leading on our peer mentoring programmes. We will also consider appointing 2 part-time roles.You will be an integral part of our Safeguarding team and should hold an ELSA qualification or be willing to be trained.
