Job Title: Social Worker – Neighbourhood
Location: Trafford
Pay Rate: £30 Per HourLiquid Personnel is currently recruiting for an Adult Social Worker to join a Neighbourhood Team based in Trafford.What will your responsibilities be?The teams support adults with various needs, including:
  • Long-term conditions
  • Preparing for adulthood
  • Adults at risk due to drug or alcohol abuse
  • Hoarding behaviour
  • Dementia
The role is for a skilled and motivational social worker.Key responsibilities include:
  • Conducting social work assessments and interventions
  • Using a strength-based and person-centred approach
Additional duties involve:
  • Responding effectively to safeguarding enquiries
  • Ensuring compliance with the Care Act and local policies and procedures

Qualifications and Experience:To be successful in this role you must have Social Work England registration, be eligible to work in the UK, hold a qualification in Social Work at degree level, and have post-qualified experience.Why Liquid Personnel?
