- Deliver high-quality and engaging lessons that promote active learning and cater to the unique needs of each child.
- Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages exploration, creativity, and social interaction.
- Collaborate with support staff and colleagues to maintain a safe and effective learning environment.
- Implement the school's EYFS curriculum, monitoring and assessing student progress to provide constructive feedback.
- Adapt to different classrooms and year groups as required for supply teaching assignments.
- Relevant teaching qualifications and experience, including Early Years Education (EYTS) or equivalent.
- Passion for working with young children and a commitment to their holistic development.
- Ability to adapt quickly to different teaching environments and establish rapport with students.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with fellow educators and support staff.
- Understanding of the EYFS curriculum and best practices in early childhood education.
