While previous anodising experience is not essential, a background in manufacturing or supervisory work will be an advantage. Full training will be provided for the right candidate who demonstrates the right attitude, enthusiasm, and willingness to learn.What You’ll Be Doing:Overseeing the day-to-day running of the anodising plantAssisting on the shop floor while training and developing into the roleOrganising workflow to meet production targets and deadlinesConducting quality checks and reporting issues to the Production ManagerPicking materials for processing and managing inventory flowLoading and unloading components into the anodising systemCleaning tanks and maintaining them as per the production scheduleChanging chemical IBCs safely and efficientlyCommunicating with the maintenance team when technical issues ariseSupporting production targets and driving continuous improvementWhat We’re Looking For:Proactive and enthusiastic with a strong work ethicAble to work under pressure and problem-solve on the go
