You act as the bridge between project teams, clients, subcontractors, and legal/finance departments. You will be responsible for:

Contract Review and Negotiation
Contract Administration
Commercial Oversight
Risk Management
Subcontractor and Supplier Management
Stakeholder Coordination
Documentation and Reporting

REQUIREMENTS

Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying or a related field.
Typically 5-10 years of relevant experience in construction project management or contract administration.
Driving License
