Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
  • Conducting routine maintenance and repairs on robotic systems and conveyor belts.
  • Troubleshooting electrical and mechanical issues promptly and effectively.
  • Implementing preventative maintenance strategies to minimise downtime.
  • Collaborating with other engineers and production staff to optimise processes.
  • Keeping accurate records of maintenance activities and equipment performance.
  • Assisting with project work and continuous improvement initiatives.
What We're Looking For:To thrive in this role, you should possess:
  • Proven experience in maintenance engineering, particularly with robotics and conveyors.
  • Strong mechanical fault-finding skills.
  • Knowledge of PLCs and automated systems is a plus.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to maintenance.
  • A relevant engineering qualification (e.g., City & Guilds, NVQ, or equivalent).
  • A positive attitude and the ability to work well within a team.
