- Troubleshooting electrical and mechanical issues promptly and effectively.
- Implementing preventative maintenance strategies to minimise downtime.
- Collaborating with other engineers and production staff to optimise processes.
- Keeping accurate records of maintenance activities and equipment performance.
- Assisting with project work and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Proven experience in maintenance engineering, particularly with robotics and conveyors.
- Strong mechanical fault-finding skills.
- Knowledge of PLCs and automated systems is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to maintenance.
- A relevant engineering qualification (e.g., City & Guilds, NVQ, or equivalent).
