An established and ambitious real estate advisory firm in the heart of the West End is searching for a Head of Investments to spearhead a new arm of their expanding business. This is a rare opportunity to join at Partner/Director level and shape a division with huge growth potential from day one.
This firm already boasts strong foundations in Residential and Commercial markets, with particular dominance in prime London submarkets such as Soho, Fitzrovia, Marylebone and Covent Garden. With major investment backing and a new leadership team in place, they’re scaling fast across Capital Markets, Land, New Homes, West End Agency, and Development sectors.What You’ll Be Doing:
- Driving investment and land acquisition activity across Greater London and beyond.
- Representing funds and developers to acquire income-producing assets and development sites.
- Generating business through a powerful mix of network, credibility, and market knowledge.
- Working closely with leadership to align strategy, execution, and cross-departmental collaboration.
- Winning instructions from private, corporate and institutional clients.
- Acting as a senior ambassador both internally and across the industry.
- A successful track record in acquisitions, land, and investment.
- Strong London market expertise – especially Central.
- A natural networker and closer, with proven influence among senior stakeholders.
