We are seeking an experienced Highways ITS Engineer to lead and manage Intelligent Transport Systems (ITS) and Traffic Signal projects within a high-profile, long-term national infrastructure programme.Key ResponsibilitiesLead design activities on ITS and Traffic Signal projectsLiaise with clients and collaborate with internal teams to support business growthEnsure technical excellence and safety in design deliveryManage project resources, including forecasting and coordinating delivery to programme and budgetEnsure compliance with health, safety, and environmental legislation, as well as company H&S cultureKey RequirementsProven experience in the design and management of ITS or Traffic Signal projectsStrong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbalIn-depth understanding and application of relevant design standardsAbility to lead a design team and work independentlyExperience in financial management and project cost controlProfessional membership of a recognised industry institute/institutionIf you are ready to take the lead on high-impact transport technology projects and contribute to the development of the UK's strategic road network, we would be pleased to hear from you.To apply, please contact Morson Talent today.
