- Proven experience as a Service Desk Analyst or similar role in a technical support environment
- Knowledge of ITIL principles is an advantage

- Familiarity with ticketing systems and remote support tools
- Basic understanding of Windows and Mac operating systems, as well as common software applications like Microsoft Office
