
Junior Financial Operations Analyst

- Import data from external platforms into internal systems for processing.
- Perform deposit reconciliations to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Investigate and resolve problematic payments promptly.
- Execute financial transactions and process refunds accurately and efficiently.
- Ensure all transactions are completed on time and without error.
- Identify and escalate issues or opportunities for process improvement.
- Collaborate with other operational teams to address and resolve cases.
- Support the team in daily workflow management and complete ad hoc tasks.
- Degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
- Strong time management skills and excellent attention to detail.
- Knowledge of payment operations and financial transactions.
- Proactive, collaborative, and curious mindset.
- Flexibility to work in different shifts, depending on business needs.
- Ability to multitask and deliver high quality results that meet the identified targets;
- Professional communication skills;
