This role is an integral part of our Financial Operations team, ensuring that our payment and financial processes are accurate, efficient, and aligned with business needs. The Junior Analyst will support daily financial workflows, contribute to process improvements, and collaborate across departments to resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.Things you'll be doing:
  • Import data from external platforms into internal systems for processing.
  • Perform deposit reconciliations to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Investigate and resolve problematic payments promptly.
  • Execute financial transactions and process refunds accurately and efficiently.
  • Ensure all transactions are completed on time and without error.
  • Identify and escalate issues or opportunities for process improvement.
  • Collaborate with other operational teams to address and resolve cases.
  • Support the team in daily workflow management and complete ad hoc tasks.
Here's what we'd love from you:
  • Degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
  • Strong time management skills and excellent attention to detail.
  • Knowledge of payment operations and financial transactions.
  • Proactive, collaborative, and curious mindset.
  • Flexibility to work in different shifts, depending on business needs.
  • Ability to multitask and deliver high quality results that meet the identified targets;
  • Professional communication skills;
