- Job Title: Sales Development Representative (B2B Outbound)
- Location: Harrogate; Ripon
- Salary: Competitive salary between £25,000 - £30,000 + 20% OTE
- Monday to Friday
- Hours: 9:00- 5:00pm
- Full Time Perm position!

- Executing multi-channel outreach via phone, email, and LinkedIn
- Qualifying inbound and outbound leads for fit and potential
- Delivering engaging product demonstrations and tailored solutions
- Managing the entire sales cycle - from first contact to deal closure
- Preparing proposals, handling negotiations, and closing new business
- Maintaining accurate records in HubSpot CRM
- Collaborating with sales and marketing to refine strategy and improve lead quality
- Providing feedback to improve messaging and sales materials
- Meeting and exceeding targets for leads, meetings, and conversions
- Solid understanding of B2B sales and lead generation
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Confident presenter with strong persuasion and objection-handling ability
- Tech-savvy and experienced using sales tools and CRM systems (HubSpot a bonus!)
- Organised, self-motivated, and able to manage your own pipeline
- Resilient under pressure with a positive, can-do attitude
