Our client, a well-established and respected interiors contractor, is seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join their growing commercial team. Specialising in high-quality interior fit-outs, they deliver projects across a range of sectors including commercial, residential, and mixed-use developments.This is an exciting opportunity for a driven QS to play a key role in the commercial success of fast-paced, high-specification projects.Key Responsibilities:*Manage project costs from tender to final account
*Prepare and evaluate subcontractor packages
*Conduct site visits and liaise with project and site teams
*Monitor and forecast project budgets and cash flow
*Prepare monthly valuations, CVRs, and progress reports
*Identify and manage commercial risks and opportunities
*Negotiate and manage contract variations and claimsSkills and Qualifications:*Minimum 3 years' experience in a Quantity Surveying role within the construction sector
*Strong communication and negotiation skills
*Excellent attention to detail and commercial awareness
*Degree or HNC/HND in Quantity Surveying or a related field
