Start Date: ASAPA fast-growing technology company within the energy sector is seeking a Tech Services Analyst to join their internal support team based in London. Supporting both UK and international colleagues, this role is key to maintaining operational efficiency as the business continues to scale.Key Responsibilities:Provide first and second-line IT support (remote and desk-side) to internal staffInvestigate, diagnose, and resolve hardware, software, and AV-related issuesSupport onboarding and offboarding processes, including equipment setupMaintain and improve internal documentation and technical proceduresMonitor systems and ensure a consistent support experience across global teamsManage office tech equipment and ensure AV systems operate effectively for eventsCollaborate with teams in different time zones and provide handovers as neededRequired Skills and Experience:Previous experience in an IT support or technical service desk roleExperience supporting Mac hardware, ChromeOS, and Google WorkspaceFamiliarity with AV systems and conferencing toolsBasic understanding of TCP/IP networkingAbility to follow and improve technical processes and proceduresStrong problem-solving and communication skillsProactive mindset and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environmentDesirable:Google Workspace administration experienceExperience with both Mac and ChromeOS operating systemsExperience working in a scale-up or technology-led organisationWhy Join:This is an opportunity to be part of a growing team at the centre of a meaningful mission.
