- Define and drive our SaaS product; strategy, and roadmap in alignment with business goals and customer needs.
- Lead and mentor a high-performing team of product managers, fostering a culture of ownership, innovation, and continuous improvement.
- Partner closely with Engineering and Design to deliver high-quality, scalable products that solve real customer problems.
- Collaborate deeply with Product Marketing to shape positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategies that resonate with target audiences.
- Work hand-in-hand with Commercial and Sales teams to ensure product-market fit, support revenue growth, and align product development with market opportunities.
- Use market intelligence, customer insights, and competitive analysis to inform product decisions and identify new growth areas.
- Own the end-to-end product lifecycle—from discovery and validation through delivery and iteration—ensuring measurable impact and customer satisfaction.
- Champion cross-functional alignment and communication across the organization, acting as a bridge between technical and commercial stakeholders.
- Drive operational excellence in product planning, prioritization, and execution, ensuring delivery against key business metrics.

- Knowledge of MDMs, Android & iOS
- Knowledge of software development lifecycle
- High technical fluency with the ability to collaborate deeply with engineering and design teams.
- Strong data literacy, including working knowledge of machine learning concepts (e.g., supervised/unsupervised learning, NLP, generative AI).
- with AI-enhanced product tools such as AI Agents.
- Proficient using AI tool for use in modern product & design practices, analysis, and insight generation.
- Champion of cross-functional collaboration, ensuring alignment across engineering, design, marketing, and operations.
- 10+ years of progressive product management experience, including 3+ years in senior leadership role driving strategy, execution, and team development.
- Proven track record leading SaaS platforms and mobile applications with global reach.
- Deep commercial acumen with a strong understanding of market dynamics, customer segmentation, and competitive positioning.
- Demonstrated success in shaping go-to-market strategies using customer insights, market data, and performance metrics.
- Experience managing empowered product teams, fostering a culture of ownership, accountability, and continuous learning.
- Skilled in coaching product managers on discovery practices, hypothesis-driven development, and customer-centric validation.
- Strong background in authoring and managing MRDs, PRDs, and product documentation that align cross-functional teams.
- Extensive experience integrating AI capabilities into product strategy, from ideation through to roadmap execution.
- Adept at translating complex technical concepts into clear, actionable insights for diverse stakeholders.
- Thought leadership grounded in modern product principles, leveraging AI tool
- A bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Business Administration, Innovation Management, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related discipline is required.
- A master’s degree—preferably an MBA or a postgraduate qualification in Innovation or Technology Management—is highly desirable due to the strategic and cross-functional nature of the role
