Leading, award-winning law firm looking to recruit a Corporate Commercial Partner into their Chester office.Sacco Mann has been instructed on a Corporate Commercial Partner role within a firm that offers their employees a competitive salary for the area and fantastic development opportunities, as the firm is wanting to expand the Commercial team.About the roleWithin this Corporate Commercial Partner role, you will be working across your own caseload of matters including:
  • Corporate governance
  • Mergers and acquisitions
  • Commercial contracts
  • Regulatory compliance
  • Risk Management
  • Negotiations
