They are a people centric business where your ideas and contributions are given top priority as they understand that their biggest asset is their people.The RoleAs the Stock Controller, you will be responsible for supporting the Finance Director to manage the stock process, be the gatekeeper for the warehouse to production and provide admin support to the warehouse for ongoing communications to key stakeholders.You will be collaborating with the Finance and Warehouse teams to set up a structured process for inventory counts, ensure all key inventory areas are recorded as accurately as possible, report on variances to Management on a daily / weekly basis. Oversee the transition to the new ERP system and establish new controls whilst ensuring all amendments on reports from the system are complete.Be present at month end counts and support the auditors at the year end financial audit, assist with managing the inbound / outbound paperwork liaising with Commercial departments and Customer. Provide a weekly inventory dashboard report as well as well as weekly report on warehouse movements. Be part of the "On Time, In Full" (OTIF) team as one of the businesses biggest KPI's.The PersonWith previous experience in stock control, you will have the ability to lead change processes, problem solving skills, multitask, prioritise, and meet deadlines.Auditing / process control experience is an advantageYou will be an independent thinker with an analytical mind, methodical and investigative approach and be able to motivate others by their actions.Proficiency in Microsoft Office with strong excel skillsExperience with Exchequer and SAGE is an advantage but not essential as training will be provided.APPLY NOWINDPERMS
