- Handling renewals, mid-term adjustments, and day-to-day policy servicing
- Supporting Account Executives with new business activity
- Preparing and issuing policy documents and renewal terms
- Liaising with insurers to negotiate terms and provide tailored cover
- Providing clients with prompt, professional advice across a range of commercial risks
- Experience in a commercial insurance role (broker or insurer side)
- Strong working knowledge of products such as property, liability, fleet, and combined covers
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Confident building relationships with clients and insurers alike
- Experience using Acturis is a bonus but not essential
- Cert CII qualified or working towards (preferred but not required)
- Competitive salary: £30,000 - £38,000
