Our hotel’s majestic clock defines the city’s skyline and since the day we opened in 1902 it has run three minutes fast to ensure our guests will never miss their train.Your key responsibilitiesRocco Forte Hotels are a collection of iconic hotels that respects the individuality of location and its team members, encouraging them to be their natural selves while providing a local, authentic experience to our guests.As a valued part of the Forte family, you will:
  • Maintain a professional and personable relationship with all our guests
  • Monitor surveillance cameras
  • Support our Health Security & Safety Manager to put security measures in place for VIP individuals and guests to the hotel and surrounding area
  • Carry out security patrols
  • Support the department with general administration duties
  • Assist guests and staff with security-related matters while maintaining discretion and courtesy
  • Report and record all incidents in accordance with hotel policy
  • Liaise with management and local authorities when necessary
This role involves working evenings and weekends.Who we are looking forWe are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated individuals who are passionate about celebrating the individuality of our hotels and guests.Our minimum requirements:
  • SIA Door Supervisor licence
  • First Aid at Work qualification
  • Personal Licence
  • Minimum 2 years experience working in a security role is essential
