- Lead and evolve a best in class, earned first, content driven social and influencer offering across both agencies
- Develop social first, conceptually strong creative ideas that feel native to platforms, grounded in PR, amplified by culture
- Build and guide high performing embedded teams of social creatives, content makers, influencer specialists, and strategists
- Act as the senior creative and strategic lead on new business, shaping social/influence narratives that win pitches and grow accounts
- Stay plugged into platform trends, emerging formats, cultural shifts, and creator communities, bringing that inspiration into team and client work
- Inspire teams with creative bravery, mentoring and coaching them to push craft and content quality
- Represent the agency externally, from client meetings to industry panels
- A social creative leader with a background in PR, creative, or integrated agencies, someone who has come up through the content and concept side, not just channel strategy
- Proven experience developing social first, earned driven creative that generates talkability and cultural impact, not just impressions
- Strong portfolio of content work that feels platform native: TikTok, Reels, Stories, Shorts, you understand what good looks like on each
- Comfortable toggling between high level strategic thinking and rolling your sleeves up with creative teams on content output
- A natural collaborator able to partner with client leads, creative directors, and specialists across multiple disciplines and agency brands
- Confident client partner with strong new business instincts and the ability to position social first creative ideas that land with senior stakeholders
