You will lead on compliance, statutory maintenance, and engineering operations, ensuring the highest standards of service delivery in line with contractual requirements.Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage the hard services team to deliver all planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive works.
  • Ensure compliance with statutory, health & safety, and industry regulations (HTM, SFG20, etc.).
  • Manage subcontractors and suppliers to ensure high-quality, cost-effective services.
  • Oversee budgets, forecasting, and financial reporting for the contract.
  • Develop strong working relationships with Trust stakeholders, providing assurance on performance and compliance.
  • Drive a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and customer satisfaction.
  • Ensure all work is delivered in line with Vinci Facilities’ values and standards.
Essential Qualifications/Skills
  • Proven experience in facilities management within a hard services ideally in healthcare.
  • Strong knowledge of compliance requirements, statutory regulations, and technical standards.
  • Excellent leadership and people management skills with the ability to motivate and develop teams.
  • Strong financial and commercial awareness.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
  • Relevant qualifications in engineering, building services, or facilities management (HNC/HND or equivalent).
