- Supporting teachers with classroom activities and pupil learning
- Working 1:1 or with small groups of pupils who need extra help
- Helping with behaviour management and promoting a positive learning environment
- Being a reliable and friendly presence in the classroom
- Previous experience working with children or young people (school, tutoring, childcare, youth work all considered)
- A positive, adaptable, and supportive approach
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Willingness to work flexibly across different classes and year groups
- PAYE Pay £85–£95 per day – Weekly pay, no umbrella company deductions
