With a focus on quality, customer experience, and sustainability, we are looking for a Trade Specialist Expert to lead and grow our trade sales operations.This is an exciting opportunity for someone with strong motor trade experience and a passion for building lasting B2B relationships.Key Responsibilities:Manage and develop the trade sales channel, including used vehicle sales to motor trade buyersBuild and maintain relationships with existing and new trade customers locally and nationallySource, value, and appraise part-exchange and overage vehicles for trade disposalEnsure accurate and profitable pricing based on market trends and stock profileNegotiate trade deals and oversee the sales process from enquiry to handoverLiaise closely with the Used Car Sales Manager and wider sales teamMaintain clear records of trade transactions and ensure compliance with trading standardsThe Ideal Candidate:Previous experience in motor trade sales, ideally in a trade-focused or remarketing roleExcellent knowledge of vehicle valuations and the wholesale marketStrong negotiation and relationship-building skillsTarget-driven with a proven track record of achieving sales targetsSelf-motivated, highly organised, and comfortable working independentlyGood IT skills and familiarity with dealer systemsA full UK driving licence is essentialAbout us: We are one of the top three automotive retailers in the UK, proudly representing 32 manufacturer brands, selling a huge range of new and used vehicles from over 150 dealerships across the UK and Ireland.We believe our people are our greatest asset, and we’re committed to recognising the valuable contribution each person makes.
